the same thing happened to my little guy. he went two days w/o pooping..then once he did he seemed like he was in pain and very fussy. when he finally pooped it was think and almost green. his pedi said not to worry sometimes they may go two days in between.. to worry if when they poop if its a hard ball. i would say if he doesnt poop after day 2-3 then to call the pedi. or if its always happening that way and baby seems to have a hard time everytime and its always think maybe its the formula he is on.
