Update - Having a hard time making it through this 2ww without POAS. Pretty sure I will cave this weekend. My beta is scheduled for 12/11.

QOTD - Definitely The Walking Dead! I didn't start watching it until after my surgery from my last ectopic pg. I watched season 1 & 2 back-to-back in like a week time frame and finished just as season 3 was about to begin.

Update: I POAS this morning to make sure the Trigger shot was gone and got a BFN so now even though I know its too early I'm a little disappointed. I have a ton of internet sticks leftover from when we were just TTC so I'm thinking of POAS every day till my Beta.

I'm still very constipated and nothing seems to be working :(

Sending supportive vibes to those of us left in the 2ww! I will not POAS prior to beta--I did that last cycle and turned into a crazy lady. I can't believe my clinic is making me wait until 15dp3dt to come in for a beta! I tried to negotiate a sooner date, but was not successful. Today is 7dp3dt and I have no urge to POAS--only 8 more days to go! Super Angry

Hey everyone!! Keep your head up ladies, almost there!!! They called with my beta yesterday at 106. Go in for #2 tomorrow. Ultrasound will be a week from tomorrow.

QOTD: Sons of Anarchy is my favorite show. But we weren't able to watch the last like 5 episodes because of power, and then hotels not having the channel. So now I have to wait til it comes out on netflix. BOOOO!!!

I'm struggling with the 2ww too. Most of you ladies are suffering from constapation I still haven't had that. I drink tons of water and lots if fruits and veggies maybe that's helping. I'm 7dp3dt and have had the weirdest feeling in my lower abdomen almost a zapping sensation and it comes and goes no clue what it means and I refuse to google it and freak myself out more lol. I went to Accupuncture yesterday she told me to sit and think about how I would be okay if this didn't work wth??? I think I will POAS and was thinking about sat morning not sure. My beta is 1210 when would it be accurate to POAS? Hope you ladies are doing well and I have everything crossed we all get our BFPs!

QOTD I'm watching the whole real housewives franchise it's something I can watch and not put much thought into.

IVF #1 - ER 06/13/12 - 9 Eggs Retrieved - 4 ICSI'd - only 2 fert. 06/15/12 - 2DT - 3 cell & 6 cell with fragmentation. Beta 06/29/12 - IVF #1 = BFN. 07/20/12 - WTF Appt -Told by our RE to quit IVF. Second Opinion from RE is good. IVF#2 - November 2012. Estradiol Pills Started 11/6. Stims start 11/16. ER 11/26 - 7 eggs retrieved - all mature. 4 fertilized with ICSI. ET 11/29 Transferred 3 embryos. Beta is 12/10. 1st Beta 81 2nd Beta 160 and 3rd beta 360!!! First U/S 12/21/12 - We saw one beautiful gest. sac. 2nd U/S is 01/04/2013 - H/B 183 02/05/13 - NT Scan - everything looks good and IT'S A BOY!!! EDD 08/19/12

Mayzie - I've had that same "zapping" sensation. Not sure when to POAS, on Sat you'll be 12 days post O so it might show up if you took a early response type of test.

WTH was your acu lady thinking? Jerk! I went to acu yesterday, too. I tried to read her face when she took my pulses, but I didn't want to ask her anything. She just smiled and told me to remain hopeful. If only 'hope' helped implantation!

I have that zapping in my lower abdomen, too. I remember having it last time, too, unfortunately so I'm trying not to read anything into it either way.

As for testing, Saturday would be the earliest I would test if I were you! GL hun!

Hi there, 4 days left in the 2WW. I work at a hair dressing academy and today is relaxer/perm day so I am locked in my office because the smell is churning my stomach. Other than that not many symptoms, I did have some light spotting, which my RE said is pretty common.
I have to talk myself out of POAS every morning by saying "tomorrow we will POAS" so far that has worked and I have not tested.

*trying not to be offened that I am the only one with out a "good luck" on the list :(

Yeah I was pretty bummed yesterday. I've remained so calm and I got this really weird vibe going to see her yesterday. She wouldn't look at me and acted different after my pulse. MH and I talked to her before and said we didn't want to know is she knew something and now I'm analyzing everything from yesterday because she was such a downer that my cycle must have failed. She also told me we may be one of those couples that IVF doesn't work for. She's never acted this way before. I wanted to POAS right after because she made me feel so bad! How are you doing? I'm so jealous of you having no desire to POAS. Still trying to figure out if they scheduled my beta too soon. Let the over analyzing begin lol...

ETA had to add she asked if I was having any dreams? ALL pregnant women have dreams? Really?

Good luck to everyone in the 2ww! Congrats to all the BFPs and ((hugs)) to those with BFNs. I am right there with you with everyone delayed.

Of the 7 fertilized, 6 made the criteria to be frozen (3 on day 5 and 3 on day 6- today) which is really exciting and made my day today. Meet with RE on 12/17 to discuss plan for FET but hoping to be in the Jan. or Feb. group. Thanks for all your support!

Dx: anovulatory due to prolactinoma (1.5cmx 1.5cm in 2006)
April 2012: MRI- questionable cyst 8mg by 12mm in pituitary
referred to RE by Ob-gyn after amenorrhea x 4+ months, provera ineffective, low estrogen level
cycle 1: May 2012, clomid 50mg; cycle cancelled, thin lining, no response
cycle 2: June 2012, femara 5mg; cycle cancelled, no response
cycle 3: July 2012, femara 7.5mg; cycle cancelled (largest folli on Cd12 & cd 16: 11, lining 4)

Aug. 8: met with RE, move to injectables if HSG and SA normal
Aug. 23: HSG all clear; DH- perfect
Switched to a new RE in early Sept. IVF here we come
Genetic testing reveals: Fragile X- Intermediate risk/grey zone.
IVF#1: ER 11/30: 14 retrieved, 10 mature, 7 fertilized. E2 prior to trigger 5200. Decision made to freeze 6 embryos and transfer later due to OHSS.
IVF#1.2/FET #1: estrogen injects start 1/18, FET delayed to try to thicken lining. lining 5.4mm. FET- 2/18- transferred one 3AA expanded blast. BFP 5dp5dt. Beta #1- 2/27 9dp5dt- 102.27 beta #2 3/1: 147 :(, beta #3 3/4: 268 stop meds. #4: 269, #5 133, #6 72, still in beta hell. Beta 7 (3/25) 29.

#3 beta is tomorrow and I'm cautiously optimistic, I just wish this fear would disappear and I could trust my body (which I don't).

I swear if I get the same phlebotomist as yesterdays, I'm going to go off. My blood draw lady yesterday started my draw off with "Is this baby wanted?" and ended with "why didn't you just adopt one of those unwanted babies in the foster system" statement. This is why I'm scared to leave my sheltered REs office to be released with idiots like that. The devil in me wanted to come out! Devil

Don't be jealous--it's not that I don't have a desire to POAS; I just don't desire to see a stark white pee stick. I've seen enough of those these past few years! I think your beta date sounds perfect--wanna switch? Smile I went into "negotiations" with my nurse and told her that waiting 15dp3dt is cruel. Her explaination was that at that time they like to see the beta >100 at that point. Hmm

Try to hold out for the blood test, if you can. POAS is not going to change the outcome.

I think your beta date sounds perfect--wanna switch?    I went into "negotiations" with my nurse and told her that waiting 15dp3dt is cruel.  Her explaination was that at that time they like to see the beta >100 at that point. 

Try to hold out for the blood test, if you can.  POAS is not going to change the outcome. 

I hear you on the sensitive training. My cycle nurse called to check in and I explained what happened she doesn't believe she could tell this early on and not to let it phase me. I'm going to give you the most patient award for waiting as long as you are on your beta. Did they make you wait that long last time? I hope it's a huge first beta for you. Fx!
