Changing the time you temp...

So I have consistently been waking up an hour before my alarm at 6am, and I decided to just set my alarm for 6 instead of 7 and start taking my temp then. On my chart on FF, obviously it has recorded the temps with an open dot for the past few days. Will this affect my chart or will FF soon realize that I am now temping consistently at an earlier time? I checked through FF's Q&A but couldn't find anything.

I thought FF gave you open circles if you entered in a temp that was an hour off from your previous one. So I am not sure why it has so many open circles. I would think the first day you entered your temp at 7 you would get an open circle and then FF would figure it out from there. Are you entering anything else that would give you open circles?

Once you get more temps at the new time than the old time, FF will change the new time to closed circles and the old time to open ones.  HTH!

 I know one of the things that can cause open circles is not getting 3 hours of sleep before temping.

You can manually change your default temp time so FF knows you switched to 6am.  Under Account click on "Password, Email", then click on "Default Data" and the top option is your wake time.

I was entering my temp at 7am up until 4 days ago, which is when I switched to 6am since that's when I've been waking up for the first time after at least 3 hours of sleep. So I get why there would be open circles for the past 4 days, just wondering when FF will realize that I moved the time I'm temping up an hour. I haven't been entering anything else that would cause it to be an open circle, I don't think?
