elainelbuck:Make sure you wipe his neck out with a washcloth several times a day and dry it well. nbsp;Is it red? nbsp;That means you need to use some Aquaphor or something similar. nbsp;If it starts getting gunky it's a yeast infection. nbsp;I had the same issue with DD. nbsp;She got a couple of yeast infections in her neck folds.
All if this. My DD gets this same thing. We make sure to wash and completely dry her neck after every bath. I apply A D ointment to her neck folds after.
Powder is not good to use with infants because it causes lung damage if they breathe it in. I think corn starch based powders are better but I'd ask your pedi before using.
