Milk "dropping?"

I'm a STM and I remember the feeling of let-down during nursing. I've been getting that same feeling in my breasts the past couple of days. I keep checking to make sure I'm not leaking but nothing ever comes out, I just get that tingling feeling in my boobs like a let-down. Can milk come in or "drop" (seems like I've heard that term before) before baby arrives?

after anovulatory diagnosis and TTC for 1 1/2yrs with several medicated cycles and one chemical pregnancy, we have our first bundle of joy!

No, that is just the let down reflex starting to work again.  Nothing comes out because there is no milk yet. 

 

I had that reflex long after I stopped nursing last time too.

I've always been told that milk doesn't come in until baby is here. I do get the same "letdown" tingly feeling every once in a while, but it's usually nothing or I'm leaking a little bit of colostrum.
