I've had 3. The last one I had my tubes tied as well which was a good thing since my uterus was extremely thin with #3 and I had a lot of scar tissue. The surgery did take a little bit longer then my 1st and 2nd but my recovery was a breeze. I had easy recoveries with ds1 and ds2 but this time I jumped right back in.
ETA: My OB said with every c/s they would tell me what they thought about having another. With ds2, I had hardly no scar tissue and everything looked good. Like I said above with ds3, my OB said she would have advised me not to have anymore if I wasn't already getting my tubes tied. She has had women be able to have 4-5 c/s though.
