BFP and T&P's Requested.

My BFP this morning was followed by very sad news of my Grandpa passing away. He had a heartattack this morning. The wave of sadness from my loss and happiness from my pregnancy is making me a mess. Just so many emotions.

I plan to hug my husband and children a little tighter knowing that lives can unexpectedly be lost. Thank you for any T&Ps.

Now onto my happy news......

What we did: I had my Mirena IUD removed October 1st of this year. I "winged" it the first month unil I got my first period post removal. I then started temping and using OPKs.

We hit O-2, O-1 and O. I got a faint positive on an FRER yesterday morning. Then this morning my line was a little darker.

EDD: August 19, 2013. 2 days before my husband's 30th birthday.

Mushy stuff: Thank you ladies so much. I didn't even know what temping was before I came to this site. I have learned so so much from everyone and had lots of laughs. I wish you all the best of luck. You are all great.

I'm so sorry for your loss and congratulations on your BFP. I'm sure this is a hard time emotionally, but don't be afraid to feel emotions as they come. As much as you will grieve for your grandfather don't feel guilty about being happy.

Me Dx: Weak Ovulation / Total Thyroid Removal
DH Dx: Mild MFI (borderline all 3), Varicocele
TTC#1 since 5.11
Clomid 50mg + TI = Poor Response
Clomid 100mg + TI (x2) = BFNs
Clomid 100mg+IUI#1 (5.6M Post Wash & 1 Follicle) = BFN

I'm a lurker but I just want to say that I found out I was pregnant both times within days of a family member passing.  I can't help but think of those that passed as angels for my kids.  One time would be coincidence, twice seems like something more.  My condolences on your grandpa, and congrats on the baby.

Oh my what an emotional day for you! I know you probably wish all you felt today was happiness and that you wouldn't have to share this wonderful day with such sadness.  I'm so sorry for your loss. DX with Fibromyalgia in 2004.
DX with Undifferentiated Collagen Vascular Disease Feb 2012.
HSG - both tubes clear, DX Bicornuate Uterus Sept 2012.
1st SA Sept 2012 = very low count: 2 mil. low morph
2nd SA Nov 2012 = 7.7 mil, Started Clomid for low count and low T.
March 2013: trigger + IUI#1 (4 Million) = BFN
April 2013: trigger + IUI#2 = Canceled :(
MRI of my uterus April 30th, result = Arcuate Uterus
May 2013: Femara + trigger + IUI#2 (2.7 Million) = BFP!!!

TTC#2 Since July 2011
Me: 29, had two blocked tubes - left was cleared during lap&dye, right was unable to be cleared. PCOS & Stage 2 Endo. DH: 31, SA = perfect.
CLOMID: 4 rounds, 50mg + TI = BFN's.
FEMARA: 1 round = no response.
12-24-2012 : Laparoscopy, Softball sized cyst/endo/scar tissue removed.
Cycle #14 - Feb 2013 : 50mg clomid. Ovidrel Trigger. IUI on 2/14/13 = thin lining, multiple cysts.
Cycle #15 - no meds, still have cysts, no follicles. Boo!
Forced break. Continuous BCP for 6 weeks to give my jacked up ovaries a break.
Cycle #16 actively trying: May/June plan: Femara, Ovidrel Trigger, IUI! Bring iiiiit!
