I am wanting to purchase a baby carrier. My DS is starting to be awake more during the day and I just can't seem to get out of the room without him crying and need to be able to do laundry and wash bottles and such..
What is a good carrier that is inexpensive? I feel weird about using a sling so I would prefer a carrier and something that DH could wear too would be great!
Get one that's not a crotch dangler.
The Ergo, Mei Tai, K'tan, Moby, Boba, and BabyHawk are all excellent brands.

Ditto this. Plus, all of the above (except moby and k'tan) can be used with back carries, which are AWESOME when you are trying to get chores (e.g., wash dishes, etc.) done around the house.
