Monitoring Appointment #3 Day 6 of stims

Had my third monitoring appt today.  I've got:

Left Ovary: 13,12,12,12,11,11,10,10,10,10

Right Ovary:13,13,13,11,11,10,9,9,8,8

I can't stop freaking out-worrying something is going wrong.  She didn't say much about the sizes being good,ok or bad.  I am super nervous about my E2.  At the monitoring appt #2 (day 4 of stims) it was only 481.5 (which seems kinda low-doesnt it?) She said I will get a call this afternoon with the plan-but I will probably be coming in saturday or sunday for more monitoring.  Hope all the other Snow Bunnies (and everyone on the IF board) are doing well.  This whole process seems to be flying-Im just so scared!
TTC naturally since Nov 2010. Diagnosed with PCOS in June of 2012 Started seeing a RE June 2012 HSG showed a block left tube Hubby's SA showed a slightly low count everything else ok Three rounds of Clomid/IUI-all three rounds IUI were cancelled because follicles never matured. Starting injections for IVF Dec. 1st. Praying for the Christmas gift of a lifetime!!! 11/30 Baseline U/S and bloodwork-everything looks great! 12/1 Start Stims 12/11 ER 16R 7M 7F 12/16 ET 12/26 Beta #1 364 12/28 Beta #2 758 12/31 Beta #3 2249 12/31 Ultrasound showed...TWINS!!!!!! 2/4 Ultrasound showed one baby with HR of 174 and one angel baby. WOW! Quite a lot going on in there!!!

The e2 on the 4th day of stims seems pretty much on track...at least IMO, since its about in between what I had for both IVFs (500something #1 and 250something #2). Plus you've got a lot of follicles but they're still small and growing so I wouldn't worry too much!!

Endocrinology related tests from October 2011-February 2012
March 2012--Clomid --No response-Straight to injects!
April & May 2012-- IUI#1 & #2 = BFN
July 2012- IVF#1 cancelled
September 2012-IVF#1.2--BFN
November 2012- IVF #2 --BFN
January 2013- IVF #3-- BFFN
February 2013--Found a new RE but first back to the Endocrinologist for more diagnostic testing
Absolutely no idea when we can cycle again...looking into DE as well if IVF#4 fails again
PAIF/SAIF encouraged...give me some hope!!

You sound like you are progressing great!!  My E2 after 4 nights of stims was 300-something and my follicles were maybe near 11.   Good luck!

Married June 2011
Dx: anovulatory due to prolactinoma (1.5cmx 1.5cm in 2006)
April 2012: MRI- questionable cyst 8mg by 12mm in pituitary
referred to RE by Ob-gyn after amenorrhea x 4+ months, provera ineffective, low estrogen level
cycle 1: May 2012, clomid 50mg; cycle cancelled, thin lining, no response
cycle 2: June 2012, femara 5mg; cycle cancelled, no response
cycle 3: July 2012, femara 7.5mg; cycle cancelled (largest folli on Cd12 & cd 16: 11, lining 4)

Aug. 8: met with RE, move to injectables if HSG and SA normal
Aug. 23: HSG all clear; DH- perfect
Switched to a new RE in early Sept. IVF here we come
Genetic testing reveals: Fragile X- Intermediate risk/grey zone.
IVF#1: ER 11/30: 14 retrieved, 10 mature, 7 fertilized. E2 prior to trigger 5200. Decision made to freeze 6 embryos and transfer later due to OHSS.
IVF#1.2/FET #1: estrogen injects start 1/18, FET delayed to try to thicken lining. lining 5.4mm. FET- 2/18- transferred one 3AA expanded blast. BFP 5dp5dt. Beta #1- 2/27 9dp5dt- 102.27 beta #2 3/1: 147 :(, beta #3 3/4: 268 stop meds. #4: 269, #5 133, #6 72, still in beta hell. Beta 7 (3/25) 29.

Honestly, everything sounds like it's right on track.  My RE never told me where my E2 was supposed to be at certain points..just that they like it to be between 1500-3000 at trigger time.  You have several more days and I believe it will start climbing fast so I would say it's good.  Good luck and try not to stress, believe me, I know it's easier said than done...I freaked out every other day the whole time I was stimming.  Actually, I'm still freaking out...IVF is a rollercoaster....

Thank you so much ladies.  I do truley appreciate all of your support and information.  My estradoil just popped up on my ivf office portal.  It is 1171.  So I am glad to see it is rising.

Lost 4 Frosties to Thaw, Transferred 2 = BFFN
IVF # 2 in May Stims Begin 5/10
