I like Beckett but we live in New England so stayed away from it because of a RedSox player Josh Becket.  Otherwise it would have been in our top 5.

I like them both, though Bennett more then Beckett. I first heard Beckett on a radio add for a local hospital that was talking about success stories and he was one of their pediatric success stories. Not sure where I heard Bennett but its adorable.

 

Although they are very "trendy" but it happens.

DH had Beckett on our name list for DS (I don't know why; we have pretty different naming styles so we had a hard time agreeing on anything).  I am not a fan of surnames without any family/personal significance as first names, but within that category Beckett and Bennett are certainly better than a lot of others.

I actually have a son named Beck. It is my MIL's maiden name. We get compliments on it all the time. We got the side eye from some people at first but it was mostly older people.
