Omg here I am again

OCM how do you clean your bottle? I use little plastic ones. I thought about getting a bottle brush but aren't those bad bc they scratch the surface?
ACV I read to dump and make more every week. Do you do this? Or just make a bottle full and use until you run out? Oh and we got rid of our filter so I'm using tap water. It's not going up my nose so I assume its ok and I've read that it will work.

I though I was adding water to my ACV and it turned out that I was REALLY adding water to my OCM mixture. How pied was I. I still had a sh!t ton left too. Hopefully I washed it out good enough. Ug.

For my OCM oil, I use glass (a reused jam jar) and keep adding to it until I feel it needs to be washed, then wash it with my regular dishes.
