MrsCMO:I'd like to follow certain people that put messages up. Is this possible, or am I just able to follow their threads they post individually?
You can always add them as "friends". Then when you go to your friends list, you can click on their name then click the "message board" tab to see their posts (if their profile isn't private).
To add someone as a friend: go to your bio/profile and then click the "friends" tab. Type in the name of the person you want to be-friend and they will get added to your list.

is there a place it shows up when I sign on? Where can I locate all the
threads or people I follow?
The place to find the threads you're watching: look at the menu on the left side of the page and scroll almost all the way to the bottom. There is a link that says "threads I'm watching", click there.
