what are you wearing?

Just curious, are you wearing maternity clothes now, your non-pregnant clothes, or just bigger sizes?  I'm 21 weeks and just finally started to show a little, but in all honesty, it just looks like I'm bloated.  Pants are finally getting tight and bella band works well, but the couple maternity tops I bought make me look ridiculous right now yet my normal tops make me look like I've gained a few pounds, not in a good way.

So...this is my bra!

I'm 21 weeks as well and wearing maternity clothes.  This is my second child and i definitely started showing much earlier this time.  I dont think i was fully in maternity clothes at this point with my first.

My belly is pretty big since this is #2, so I'm pretty much in all maternity clothes. But it took me a long time to actually look pregnant with #1, so I know what you mean. At that stage, I wore a lot of those maternity tops that tied in the back because they made my almost pregnant belly look bigger without making me look like I was just getting chubby. And I wore maternity pants with a bella band on top of them so they didn't slip down. I also wear a lot of dresses for work.

Today, regular clothes. I'm at that point where my regular clothes aren't looking quite right, but I'm not nearly big enough for maternity clothes. I'm convinced that you can't tell that I'm pregnant yet.

I started wearing maternity pants at like 12 weeks b/c my regular pants were just a little snug and maternity was more comfortable. I still fit and wear like my stretchy clothes and camis but for the most part I wear maternity.

For work, mostly maternity pants and fitted maternity tanks or knit regular dresses, with regular cardigans and jackets.  I'm starting to get to the point where maternity dresses aren't ridiculously baggy on me, so I'm starting to wear those too.  For home/weekends, maternity jeans, yoga pants, leggings and sweatpants, with maternity tanks and tees or regular cardigans and sweaters.

Maternity tops are generally still too baggy on me, but I'm also carrying pretty low, I might need them if my bump were higher.

I'm just 17 weeks but much bigger than I was at this point last time. I'm still wearing my non-maternity skirts, just zipped as far up as possible while sitting below the belly. They aren't really meant to be hip huggers, but whatever. In maternity shirts 100% of the time, though, because I don't want to stretch out my regular clothes.

I'm 21w4d and still wearing mostly all regular clothes.  This is my second and I'm definitely bigger this time around than with my first, but the only maternity I've worn are my mat jeans (but I still wear my regular jeans, too) and one mat cardigan (that ties in the middle to show off the bump).  Otherwise, regular pants with the Bella Band, regular skirts, regular shirts with a tank top underneath all have been ok.

I am only 16 weeks and I have switched almost completely to maternity clothes. I don't really need them due to weight gain but they are so much more comfortable. Anything tight near my waist makes bloating and gas pains much worse. I can't take it so I switched. I feel so much better even though the maternity pants keep slipping down.

I would rather wear roomy clothes that are comfortable even if I do look silly.

EDIT This is the fourth pregnancy I have carried this far. I have two boys already. I am not showing, there's no "bump". I guess it must look odd that I am wearing maternity clothes but I don't mind.

I was actually in Maternity pants at 8 weeks. Even though this is my first, I ended up showing really early. As far as tops goes, I have been wearing both maternity and non-maternity shirts depending on the style. Although, some of my husband's shirts have been getting a little snug around the belly now.

This is #3 for me and I have been in maternity clothes since about 6 weeks. With each pregnancy I have moved to marternity clothes sooner, but also having them and not having to buy them probably makes the transtion happen sooner. I bought my first pair of maternity jeans when I was 17 weeks with my first pregnancy.

I'm wearing regular tops. Pants, I'm half and half. I have some maternity skinny jeans, but they're kind of big in the hip area right now. I know that I'll grow into them (*sobs*) but I'm just at an awkward in-between stage at the moment.

I am basically in maternity pants, but my regular tops.  My pants still fit, but just won't button so i sometimes wear them with the bella band but it is not that comfortable and I feel like I am always pulling them up when I do that so I have been sticking to maternity jeans which just make me happier throughout the day :)  Also my regular pants unbuttoned make me feel like a fatty where as maternity pants just make me feel pregnant.  I know that last part is crazy and all in my head.

I am 17w. I've gained 12 pounds. I'm wearing my normal clothes still, but they are definitely more snug. By the end of most days I look pregnant, though my friends don't see it. I'm hoping I don't look too obvious as I haven't announced at work yet.

Maternity pants, but bigger sized tops. I bought 3 size medium long sleeved shirts from the gap, I have a sweater that already fit big and since I don't really go anywhere since I'm a SAHW, I don't really need that much

I have bought mat jeans, mat dress pants, mat yoga pants and mat bra and that's it for maternity stuff

I am in a mix of both. I can't wear most of my regular pants anymore, but I am still okay in most of my dresses and regular tops (as long as they are long enough to cover the maternity panel of my pants). I am still wearing all my regular lounge clothes at home.

This is my 2nd pregnancy but with the first pregnancy I went to old navy and bought some stuff that was just a size or two bigger. It helped keep me from looking chunky or I just wore bigger tshirts.
Once those started looking a little short or tight I bought maternity clothes.

I've added 4 inches around my waist, so I'm exclusively in mat pants/jeans now, except for my yoga pants-maternity bottoms are just more comfortable.  I'm still wearing my dresses because I tend to buy empire waisted dresses. For shirts I'm in a mix; whatever fits and is clean.  I have some tshirts from Motherhood Maternity but I don't think they scream "pregnant", they just look like my normal shirts but longer.

This is my first pregnancy, and since 11 weeks, I've been wearing maternity pants.  I am normally in a size 10, and although those pants still fit (maybe a bit snug in the thighs), I can't zipper then, and I hate the bella band.  I can still fit in to my "Fat Girl Pants" which are size 12, but today I noticed that they are getting tighter in the waste, so I am probably going to have to pack them up soon.

As for shirts, I am still able to wear all of my baggier shirts.  Nothing too form fitting b/c I am not looking pregnant yet.. I am looking chubby.  I am hoping my belly starts to pertrude soon b/c I bought some really cute winter/early spring maternity clothes from Old Navy, but if I can't fit in to them by then, I will just have to send them back and order warmer weather stuff.

I didn't know it would take as long as it does to show.

I had to start wearing maternity clothes early...at least pants. I can still wear shirts, but I've had to go up a size. Though, that's starting not to work. Not the fit, but they're starting to get way too short.

Maternity. I was squeezing into my regular clothes until about a week ago, and they basically pinched my bump and squeezed my fat out. (One of the ladies on the board called it a pregnant muffin top). I got some maternity clothes from Old Navy, and it made a HUGE difference... immediately, people started noticing that I was pregnant. Try getting just a couple maternity shirts one size down. You might not be able to wear them for your whole pregnancy, but it will be so much more flattering. I got most of my stuff at Old Navy.

I'll be 20 weeks friday, and I still seem to just look bloated, can still suck it in but if I'm not I look huge, but still fit in all my normal clothes, maternity tops look ridiculous on me too, but I did buy a pair of maternity jeans. So glad I did, although I been wearing yoga pants all the time, it's nice if I need to not feel like a slob I can wear jeans that are comfy, look cute and my pre-pregnancy jeans wont fall off or be digging into my belly.

When I was pregnant with DD, I started wearing maternity clothes around 20 weeks. This time around I broke that bag open around 10 weeks, they are comfy, I have a lot of maternity clothes, and why not take advantage of the extra space! It's not like I get to wear those clothes any other time!

I'm 20 weeks and am in maternity pants for work, but still in my regular jeans. I think because they are low waisted they are still working (not sure for how much longer though). I think a belly band will then for for them though. Maternity pants are so comfy to me though, I might just trade them in anyway! lol. My shirts are definitely getting short and I've been buying either blosy tops or maternity tshirts.

I'm still wearing my prepregnancy pants with a belt but the belt part of the whole deal is starting to get uncomfortable. I know I have one pair of maternity jeans somewhere in this house but I haven't been uncomfortable enough to find them.
