braxton hicks with labor pain ?

I started with braxton hicks around 3 am. Its now 1140 am and they are still coming and going. The worring part is the pain that has followed. About 2 hours ago i got a pai. In my lower belly, across it and now in my back. I am 21 weeks with baby 2. I tried to move her, but i cant tell if shes on something. Becuase the pain doesnt go away, but just lightens up and then i have pain in another location. The majority of the pain is in my back.
Any advice would be great.

I would call your OB/Midwife just to be on the safe side. He/she may want to check to make sure that everything is ok. In the meantime, try drinking plenty of water and keep your feet up as much as you can.

You need to call your care provider. I agree with the PP about the water/rest.

My doc said that if I had more than 4 BH contractions per hour OR they were accompanied by pain, to call right away

So I would call right away!
