weird pain.....

this past weekend my belly button hurts, it almost feels like it wants to pop out, just above my belly button instead of in the normal spot. so my question is ... of those of you who have had your belly button pop out, did it hurt?? should I be concerned?? thanks!!

My belly button turned into a cave instead of popping out. I had the same pain with my 1st pregnancy. As long as there isnt a bump around ur belly button , then it should be ok. A bump might mean u have a my spelling is bad hurnia on ur belly button. I wouldnt worry. I thought maybe i didnt have enough cord or my daughter was pulling or messing with it.

theres a little bump that I only feel if I touch.the area.... if I'm just looking, you can't tell... hernia sounds like a good possibility, since it started after lifting my 2 year old!! thank you for your response... I have a doctors appointment thursday, I'll have to ask when I go in...

Mine is partially popped and I haven't had any pain. It's something to mention to your doctor if you're worried.
