Running in 1st tri

I know that you can continue to run if you were running before you got KU. But what if you *just* started running right before you get KU?

I ran a few times, and then I got my BFP, but want to keep running.  I am just doing a light jog for 20 minutes. And I am sloooooow..... do you think I will be alright?

Yes - just don't push yourself as hard as you would have before.

yes, just listen to your body. Never go the point where you cant talk. Also, like in my first trimester I just walked because my legs felt like lead. Just listen to what your body is telling you.

You should be fine :) Ask your doctor, listen to your body, and enjoy the running!

Listen to your breathing. If you're breathing super heavy, slow down or take a walk break. Watch youself on hills--I have trouble with getting light-headed on them even though I'm a long time distance runner. Enjoy your runs!
