A steady temp rise after O does not necessarily indicate pregnancy. However, if your temps stay high, especially getting close to the end of your normal LP, that can indicate pregnancy. When your temp remains high, it indicates that your progesterone is not dropping off like it would if AF were to come. Everyone is different, however. Some won't see their AF temp drop until CD1-3, some get it a few days before AF.
Of course, you will not know you're pregnant or not until you take a HPT. I would say your chart looks promising, though.
