I had bleeding with both my pregnancies , with my DD that was the only reason I went to the OBGYN was bc I was constantly spotting and surprise! I was 6 weeks preg. I continued to spot sporadically until around 20 weeks or so, with this preg. I went to the ER because I started bleeding Red and a lot, had me scared out of my mind and convinced I was m/c ing, everything was fine and continued to spot brown for a few days after the scare. They said it might have just been old period blood ( I was around 7 weeks then too ) Ironically the only time I didn't spot in erly pregnancy was when I had a blighted ovum, which I m/c'd around 7 weeks. I know it is very scary and unfortunately pregnancy doesn't get any less scary ( well for me at lease ) I diagnos myself with everything :) but try not to worry brown blood is old and normal .
