Congrats on both accounts!

I would love to foster/adopt children but H isn't into the idea.  Good luck on your journey! 

ETA:  I see that you're 23 - so young!  What age of children are you planning to foster?  I only ask because when I looked into it a bit it seemed like a lot of the children in the system were older and parenting a teenager just seemed hard for me at 26-27.  I guess I feel like if I'm not old enough to be their biological mother, how could I be their foster mother?

I LOVE this!! First of all, happy anniversary. Second of all, I grew up as an only child with parents who wanted to expose me to diversity and became foster parents when I was 10. It was a great experience. SO happy for you.
