I have not had dairy or soy in 4 months. I have had soybean oil. I needed to use up my stash while I was at work and I had some milk from before I went on the diet, so I tried giving her a little in small increments (4 oz in one day max, usually <2 oz per day) for a couple of days in order to use it up and see if she would react. I did not see any major reaction.
I am thinking it may be possible to at least try soy or baked in dairy or something since it was never 100% that anything was the culprit. Does anyone have any advice on where to start? I am really scared of a reaction.
imimahoney:My GI said to wait until 10 or 11 months. Have you asked their opinion?
I honestly only saw them once, 2 months ago. I guess it makes sense to give them a call.

I would, just to be safe. I am SO nervous about challenging Ari's system. I think my GI is a bit on the more conservative side but I am ok with that since I am not ready to deal with all the scary allergy stuff again.
