We found out today that baby number 2 is a girl. We are very excited, but now begins the name debate. The mn will be Sophie or Sophia for DH's grandmother. Our DD's name is Cora and Both DH and I's names start with C/K so we are trying to get away from those.
Our last name starts with an S, so S and A names are pretty much out, too. A because the initials would be A.S.S.
Some names we like are Marina and Lydia to give you an idea of or style. Any thoughts?
I strongly dislike Marina.
Do not like Marina. Love Lydia though.
*Lydia would be my favorite.
sunslice: Maren Sophia is nice :)
I was going to say exactly this. This baby would've been Maren if we didn't already have a Mason :)
I love Lydia!
For some reasons the names I associate with it are:
I love Marina and Lydia. What about Claire/Clara?
ETA: reading fail. you said you don't want C names :)
Love Lydia! Marina is OK.
I love Lydia too. A PP said Eliza, which is also a great name. I like Eliza Sophie.
Marina is NMS.
I love your DD's name. Lydia and Marina are okay, but you have received some great suggestions!
Here are a few more: June, Daphne, Alice, Lucy, Vivian.
