The first is a lot of L and E. The second is a little better, but still a bit of a tongue-twister.

For me, it depends on the meaning of the mn. If it's a family name, fine. If it's just a name you like, it's not a great flow.

It probably sounds nice, but I can't tell from the spelling of Alena how you want it pronounced, so that makes it a nay for me.
