So frustrating!

I am convinced that I am pregnant because of my symptoms, but can't get a BFP because I'm not late yet! Did any of you ladies "just know" before you got your BFP?

How many days past ovulation are you? When is your period supposed to be "late?"

I knew. But both times I've been pregnant I got my BFP between 7-9 dpo.

Are you charting your BBT? Is it staying high? 

If none of these things, you may not be pregnant. Just keep peeing on sticks until you get your period or a + hpt.
Me - 32, DH - 32. We have been TTC #2 since January 2012.
BFP on 12/3/12, EDD 8/19/13, U/S 1/17/13 showed blighted ovum, d&c 1/24/13

I'm 10dpo from what I can tell from my cm. Its our first month TTC so I wasn't worried about tracking my temperature. I know until I get AF its a possibility I'm not and the odds aren't really in my favor for the first month. I have been having waves of nausea since Thursday and a crazy super sniffer! I know I could probably be making myself sick, but not increasing my sense of smell. Last night I woke up with horrible nausea. Finally got up to go to the bathroom and nibbled on a few saltines and it passed. It's just so unusual for me that I think I'll be surprised if AF shows up, rather than being surprised she doesn't.

I've read that if your far enough along to have symptoms, your far enough along to test. We TTC for 7 cycles before our BFP and I swore I had symptoms each and every BFN cycle! I was just wanting to be PG so bad I think I'd create symptoms lol.

That's what I'm afraid of! Lol. I guess I need to buy more tests. But which ones! Is it better to keep getting cheap tests so I can test everyday or get a FRER and you think it would show up now?

I got my BFP at 10 DPO on a FRER.

If you are pregnant enough to get symptoms then you would get a positive. Just test again in a week. If you get to 60 days with no period and no positive call your doc.

The hormone that turns a test + is the same one that gives you symptoms.  There are people who are highly sensitive to the hormone but generally speaking, if you're that sick already, your test should turn + if you're pregnant.  But phantom symptoms are very real.  Quit stressing yourself over it and take a test.  I got a + both times at 10dpo.

I took a dollar store test this morning and it was negative.  But I wasn't sure whether to trust it or not, being that it's a cheap test and it's early.  I'll wait and retest if AF doesn't come when I expect.  Thanks!

Dollar store is a perfectly reliable test. Wait it out. As to your question: I had a feeling because I felt we had great timing in October.

Just try to remember that pregnancy symptoms very much mimic AF symptoms. Not to be a Debbie downer but before I was pg with my current pregnancy I thought for sure I was pg. I started my period a few days later. It's just mother natures cruel joke.

I knew well before I took the test I just had to wait it out. I got my positive on the OPK on the 19th so assuming I ovulated around that time or within 24 hours or so. I tested 5 days before my period with FRER which would have been about 10 days DPO. I got and easy positive in less than 60 seconds.

I just knew, but it was not the symptoms, but the lack of my usual "AF is coming" symptoms.

I did not get my BFP until 15DPO. Check out "peeonastick.com".  It details how the hCG level change over the days after implantation.  It is not unknown to not have a BFP until 20DPO.  It's not over until the Big Aunt Flow Sings. So keep on testing and good luck!

I would suggest giving it a couple days, then test again. I tested on a Monday, and had a negative...and tested again on a Wednesday, and had two positives.

The only way to know is to test. If it comes out negative after a week of testing, you aren't pregnant.
