Telling My Parents

My parents live out of state and I've been sitting on this baby business since before Thanksgiving.  My parents will arrive just a couple days before xmas and we really wanted to wait til the holiday.  Well,  there are about 5 events between the time they arrive and xmas morning.  And we are a family who celebrates with bubbly.In order to not blow our cover, my husband and I decided to tell them as soon as they arrive.  When my parents arrive I will be standing with all the waiting "drivers" with a sign.  My husband will be tucked away prepared to take photos of their reactions.  Here's where I'm not sure what to do:  What do I write?  I'm not sure if I want to write "mom and dad" and then underneath "I'm pregant!"  or do I just want to put "Grandma and Grandpa".  This is their first grandchild and I really wanted to them in a special way.  I'm sure they will be shocked and thrilled.  I think I may have over-thought this but what do you think?
