Food Ideas - Need help please

Hey Everyone - My daughter is about to turn 1 (Christmas day) and is allergic to dairy, gluten, eggs, and sweet potatoes.  She loves eating real food and hates being spoon fed.  She won't eat rice cereal anymore but sometimes will allow us to feed her some applesauce.  Right now she eats, vegetables, bananas, applesauce, blueberries, peaches, mandarin oranges, avocado (used to love now won't eat it), gluten free cherrios, green peppers, ham, noodles, and regular potatoes.

I feel like I am starting to struggle on what to feed her.  Can I just give her whatever I make given it's gluten ,dairy and egg free?  Or do I need to really test every single food for 4 days?  Also, does anyone have any other food suggestions I can feed her?  I was thinking of trying coconut milk yogurt.  Since she won't eat rice cereal, I give her a banana and gluten free cheerios for breakfast after her bottle, though it doesn't seem to fill her up.  Does anyone have any breakfast suggestions?  I just need some new fresh ideas on meals for her.

Also, since her big day is coming up I'd really like to make her a gluten, dairy and egg free cake.  Does anyone have a great recipe they would be willing to share or know of a great website/blog to direct me to that addresses all these allergies?

I appreciate your help!  Thank you!

Look for Vegan recipes.  That will cover the egg and dairy.  Or you may want to look into the Paleo diet.  I'm pretty sure it is wheat and dairy free.  They do include egg, but you can find plenty of recipes that don't include egg.   I know lots of people that have Paleo boards on Pinterest.  Same for Vegan and Gluten Free.

Thanks for the ideas!  Didn't even think of the Paleo diet or using Pinterest, even though I'm on there everyday.  :)

We like this book - she uses every single measuring spoon and cup under the sun, but everything turns out really well.  It's free of the top 8 allergens:

Also, chocolate covered katie has a really good blog - everything is vegan, and she has lists for gluten free, etc.

I second both of these recommendations! The Cybele Pascal book is pretty awesome.  I actually found a recipe of hers in a blog for chocolate cake and it is amazing.  The best GF cake I've made yet- and I've tried quite a few recipes.

As for breakfast, we do Trader Joes waffles (GF/EF/DF) with sunbutter, pancakes using GF Busquick and egg replacer, yogurt, oatmeal with fruit mixed in, cereal and fruit.
