Insight needed re cycle 1

XP...Hi all...I am new to IVF so if I sound ignorant please forgive. I started cycle 1 on Dec. 3rd. I have been taking 300 of Follistim in the am and 150 of Menopur in the pm. On Saturday they added Ganirelix in at pm also. My doctor just emailed me with an update....so far I have 5 follicles...3 definiately growing and 2 are "not far behind", according to her. She wants to give me a few more days before retrieval and she said more follicles could show up. She said this is good given my age(I am 40) and my AMH level(which she did not tell me).

For those of you with experience with this...how does this sound to you? Am I progressing well? Could it be better? Any ideas when I can expect retrieval and transfer? Just hoping to have an idea as when I may see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am so anxious and overwhelmed my stomach is in knots. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

This type of question might be best asked on the Infertility boards. There are many gals there with experience who can help you figure out how your cycle is going. Just post an intro and you're all set!

Infertility Vets is for gals with a history of infertility and who have been posting on the Infertility board for 6 months or more.

It's a bit confusing, but I hope you get the answer you're looking for.

DX: Unexplained/MFI issues
Long story: trying on our own + testing testing testing with 6 rounds of Clomid , more testing, injectables + TI, laparoscopy - one tube blocked, 2 IUIs with Follistim...BFNs.
RPL testing all normal

Moving on to IVF.

Our lil' lost sparks:
5w3d loss 7/30/10 - EDD March 2011
8w loss 4/15/11 - EDD November 2011
8w3d loss 8/2/12 - EDD March 2012
4w c/p loss 10/29/12 - EDD July 2012

IVF #1 April 2012 = BFN, IVF #2 June 2012 = BFP. U/S 7/23 = saw heartbeat but measuring behind. Follow up U/S on 7/30 - no heartbeat. D&C 8/2. Trisomy 12. IVF #3 Oct 2012 = Chemical Pregnancy

Phone consult with CCRM on 12/12/12 - ODWU 1/4/13 - both tubes clear(!) - AFC 24, AMH 3.2, FSH 9.6, LH 5.4, E2 25. DH has high frag rate but improved!
IVF #4 March 2013 CCRM. EP protocol w/ Menopur, Gonal-F & Dexamethasone. ER 3/29 & IMSI, PICSI. 43R 13M 10F 6blasts bio'd. CCS testing reveals 3 normals!!! FET 5/31/13
