Marlow is very masculine sounding and Harlow is a lake around where I live so it seems masculine as well.

I'd go with Marlow/Marlo, like Marlo Thomas.
I'd say you might want to avoid "Harlow the Harlot," but, frankly, I'd be glad to see kids these days using old timey words like "harlot."

Of the two, I prefer Harlow. If you do go with Marlow, I think the Marlo spelling is more feminine.
