The minute after I got stiched up from my c-section, the nurses put on the hospital compression band. That took me 1/2 - 2 weeks until i needed a smaller one. I ordered a small and an ex-small Belly Bandit for my shrinking belly before the birth of my son 2 yrs ago. Wow - amazing. Stomach was 100% back to normal 5 weeks post surgery. I am using the same technique this go around (had a baby on Nov 12th) and my stomach is totally flat. You are suposed to wear them 6 weeks post baby. They can get uncomfortable and are bulky, but I will deal with that to get my old stomach back. Belly Bandit - think they are about $75 a band?????? Good luck!!
