Good morning ladies!  3dt was successful and we are PUPO with 2 beautiful embies.  We'll find out today if we had any make it to freeze.  I already shot off an email to my coordinator reminding her lol.  I'm sure she loves me.  I keep looking at our pictures of the embies and seeing them in there.  I'm excited and terrified all at the same time.  I've been doing a lot of carting before horsing online, so I'm trying to step back from that a little.  I'm planning to test before my beta, maybe as early as Sunday (eeek!). 

QOTW:  I reallllllly want a remote start for my car.  DH lost my keys and my only remote, so all I have is a regular old key.  And my car sits outside, so winter is REALLY cold.

Like RMJ, I am also off to ER this morning! 

None of my family does gifts for adults, so the nice thing is there is no gift-related pressure.  I think the best Christmas gift is that my sister is coming for 4 days!  (oh, and we'll go out for chicken fried steak to celebrate her temporary return to Texas!)

Good luck to all of the snowbunnies! I hope this is a big week and that we all receive great news!

FET is tomorrow!!! I can't believe that in just over 24 hours I will be PUPO! 

QOTW: Honestly, we've had so much going on these past two months that we haven't even thought about christmas presents. Currently the only thing under the tree are 3 presents for the puppy! All I really want for Christmas is a stress-free holiday. I want my family to be able to get together and enjoy our time together. We've fallen apart since my mom passed last month. I know she would just want us to be together.

I just got home from monitoring appointment #3 after 8 days of stims...only 3 follicles (well, actually 2, because one is an irregular cyst).  Similar to last cycle attempt, which was cancelled.  Last time, we didn't ask about an IUI because we were hoping to get one last IVF cycle in this year before my insurance changed. This cycle was my RE's "big gun" so since that obviously didn't help me respond, what else does my RE have left.  I have another monitoring appointment Friday, also with a meeting with my RE.

So now the questions:  Attempt IUI?  Change RE?  Donor egg cycle?  Adoption? 

I feel lost and deflated.

For Christmas:  Everything I wanted was baby related, in hopes of either being pregnant or if we need to adopt to have a nursery ready, but DH said those are not Christmas presents. 

Sorry to be a "debbie downer."

Good morning ladies!!

I am scheduled for a 5dt sometime on Friday - whoot whoot!  I have 8 embies still growing after my progress report today...I'm anxious since I won't get another update until tomorrow. I keep telling myself no news is good news!

QOTW: We've kind of already given our gifts this year.  I have to go to Tanzania mid January for work, so we decided to tack on an 8 day safari/Zanzibar beach vacation...and we leave on December 30th (eeek!)*.  We bought a snazzy camera on Black Friday and are calling that our gift along with the trip. 

*We are totally cramming in this treatment cycle for insurance reasons and I'm a little nervous about leaving if I get a BFP.  But, my RE isn't concerned, so I'm trying not to be.

Good luck and FX crossed for everyone having ER, ET or betas in the next week!!

I am PUPO!  It is such a great feeling.  Huge weight lifted off my shoulders.  I have done all I can do and it is in God's hands now.  

 

DH and I have a list of home improvement type things that we try to knock out either as an anniversary gift or Christmas gift.  We did real presents on our anniversary this year, so we will do something home improvement for Christmas.  Haven't decided on what exactly yet...but we need new carpet in two bedrooms and we need a new dishwasher.  I would love to do both...but we will see!

 

ETA:  My beta date has been changed to Dec. 20th.  There was an error on the paperwork I was given yesterday.
Me: 28; DH: 35 1/2008 -- Started TTC
3/2009 -- FD discovered at 17 weeks
1/2011 -- Lap and HSG reveal Stage IV Endo and both tubes blocked.
4/2012 -- Consult with RE for IVF#1 -- All bloodwork and SA are normal -- Repeat HSG - SURPRISE! Both tubes are open.

Hi ladies! 

Update:  I'm in the 2ww, trying to keep myself busy with work, hanging out with friends and sewing projects.  5DT of one 4AA blast on Saturday, so in five days I'll know if this worked!!  

QOTW: We're not really doing presents this year, but my birthday is coming up in January, so I'll probably ask for spa gift cards (massages, pedicures or facials are awesome!).

Good Luck Bunnies!!!  I'm 2dp5dt.  We transferred and early blast and a fully expanded blast.  I have a good feeling about them.  They switched me from Endometrin to Crinone because my cervix looked really irritated at the transfer and so far, it hasn't been too bad.  I also started the estrogen patch today.  Im hoping it doesn't make me as crazy as last time. 

 

Honestly, there isn't much I want this christmas besides the BFP.  Gift cards are nice since I've stopped spending money on things for myself due to IVF.  I'd really love a nook, so I've been asking for barnes & noble cards.  I also saw a sign on etsy I'd like for over my fireplace that says "all because two people fell in love."  We have our wedding photo on the mantle with my parents & my ILs wedding photos on either side of it.

8 more days in the 2ww!  This morning I drank half a chai latte before I thought to google it and realized it has star anise which you're supposed to avoid during pregnancy because it can cause miscarriage.  I almost never drink them, but I felt like one this morning.  Now I'm trying not to beat myself up about it.  I am also trying to talk myself out of testing out the trigger (which may be gone already at this point?  I've never done it before.)

 

QOTW: For some reason I've started looking at bento box pictures so I asked for a set for Christmas.  No doubt if I get it I'll use it for like, a week, and then it'll end up in a drawer somewhere.

Hey ladies!  Todayi s 3dp5dt.  On Sun we transferred two good looking blasts (my RE doesn't tell us the grades and I'm thankful for that!  If they look good, they look good:))  We froze two more.  Beta is on next Tuesday and we decided not to test beforehand.  I'm very hopeful but I have my moments of pessimism.  I'm trying to stay offline as much as possible because it's not helping at all!  

QOTD:  DH and I set a limit and we're just getting each other one thing.  I want a purse and he wants a MLB sweatshirt.  Honestly, I don't care about the gifts, I just want my BFP, that would be the gift of a lifetime!

FET 1.1 -- 10/2, transferred our 2 blasts. Lupron, PIO, estrogen, baby aspirin, prednisone. BFN.
IVF 2.0 December 2012 -- Bravelle, Menopur, Ganirelix, Prednisone, Metformin, estrogen, progesterone supps. 22 eggs retrieved on 12/14, 17 mature, 15 fertilized. OHSS anticipated so ET cancelled. 3 embryos frozen.

ET went well yesterday. I had heard of some studies that showed humor after ET raised success rates. My acu also mentioned this, so last night was filled with episodes of the Cosby show and Wayne's World.

Wayne's World is even funnier than I remember, or maybe it was just the valium.

Austin Power's trio is up next. 

QOTW: Well, with a beta on 12/24 our Christmas dreams are a little BFP focused.

In all honesty, we just want a Christmas filled with awesome rest and time to cook great food together!

My Acu mentioned this too, and I thought she was just full of it!  My DH was showing me funny stuff from Reddit during my bed rest, so hopefully it helps!  
TTC #1 7/10, Me (31)- Dx DOR (AMH 0.6); DH (30)- normal
BFP on Cycle #8. Natural M/C at ~8 weeks
IUI #1 and #2 (8/12, 9/12)- 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel = BFNs
IVF #1 (EPP) 13R/10M/9F, 5DT 1-4AA blast, beta #1-148, beta #2-322, 5 frosties!
3/18/13 - It's a Girl!
4/18/13 - A/S- baby looks perfect, but partial placenta previa

Hi All!

 

I'm not sure if I'm responding to the right post but I am in my 2WW right now!

Currently on IVF cycle #3, 

Started stim shots June 27, got 40 eggs; 38 fertilized; 36 survived 

First ET July 25th, FET July 30th - 1 embryo transferred: negative

Second ET August 29th - 1 embryo transferred: negative 

Third ET December 7th - 2 embryos transferred: waiting!!

Had my ER yesterday! Found out today that they retrieved 16,7 were mature and 7 fertilized.  We will find out friday if we do the ET on Friday or Sunday. 

QOTW:Already got my Christmas gift.  Hubby and I put hardwood floors in our new house.  We did it ourselves (installing,staining and finishing) so it was alot of work but we love them!
TTC naturally since Nov 2010. Diagnosed with PCOS in June of 2012 Started seeing a RE June 2012 HSG showed a block left tube Hubby's SA showed a slightly low count everything else ok Three rounds of Clomid/IUI-all three rounds IUI were cancelled because follicles never matured. Starting injections for IVF Dec. 1st. Praying for the Christmas gift of a lifetime!!! 11/30 Baseline U/S and bloodwork-everything looks great! 12/1 Start Stims 12/11 ER 16R 7M 7F 12/16 ET 12/26 Beta #1 364 12/28 Beta #2 758 12/31 Beta #3 2249 12/31 Ultrasound showed...TWINS!!!!!! 2/4 Ultrasound showed one baby with HR of 174 and one angel baby. I'm still on BCP's.  Go back to RE for bloodwork and sonogram Dec 18 to re-check for cyst.  I'm hoping so hard that it is gone and I can start.

ER was this am and we got 10 eggs! I'm a little nervous about OHSS bc of my e2, so Gatorade is my new BFF til I know we are in the clear.

QOTW: We aren't really doing any Xmas gifts this year. Just homemade treats and small gifts. Neither me or my DH are really hankering for anything right now and besides shelling out the dough for IVF, we just got a new tv, laptop, and sound system so Christmas came early this year :)

QOTW: I would love love LOVE a Cuisinart food processor, or a Kitchen Aid stand mixer with all the attachments, but I will settle for a Belgian waffle maker, because I have been eating a lot of waffles lately.

Hey snow bunnies! Had my transfer today of 2 embies. Will prob have 2 or 3 to freeze. We won't know until tomorrow on that. I'm so happy to go home tomorrow! I'm so happy to finally be waiting for beta's on the 18th and 20th.
For Christmas I'd love for the DVD system in my car to be fixed. But... We will be paying for this trip and for Ivf. I'd be happy with a kiss and some cocoa at this point. :

Hey fellow bunnies!  I just took my last stim shot, trigger tomorrow and get these bad boys out on Sunday!

For Christmas I want some jewelry that I found on ebay.  Beachy stuff because I think that I am a mermaid.  DH wants a sound system :)

Beta 3 1-4-13 - 53
Beta 4 1/9 - 212!
Ultrasound 1/10 - Nothing completely empty uterus Beta 1/14 - 743; Beta 1/17 - 1704 ultrasound shows nothing. Officially a miscarriage. 1/21 Beta 3900 Dr. says it ectopic. Ultrasound shows a miracle heartbeat right in the uterus where it belongs! Dr. says I can be cautiously optomistic!!! Hang in there baby!
