Might be a bit more expensive than you were hoping, but Land of Nod has some what-looks-to-be lime green bedding

Pottery Barn kids also looks like it has something closer to not-pastel, and it is onsale (at least when I looked)

We got tons of stuff from them for DS # 1 and we'll be reusing it for #2. Great quality, you can order swatches so that you can get a good match, and you can pick and choose separates without ending up with a set of bumpers/quilts that you won't use.
