Double Stroller for small car

This is my first time posting on this board, so I don't know if this gets asked alot.

I am having a baby in July and my OS will be one in June. We aren't able to spend a ton of money and we drive a Honda Accord. I looked at some double umbrella strollers online that recline but I don't know how that would work for a bitty baby. 

Any suggestions? Please none over $200.

You should be able to get the joovy scooter x2 on sale for under $200. Check out the sale section at albee baby - they seem to have the best prices on clearanced models. Or, they always have a 15% coupon for any full-priced item

I think the Maclaren's recline all the way.  Probably not ideal for a newborn, but doable.
