I absolutely love the name Antoinette. I only know Herbert as a last name.
I haven't heard the name Hamilton in a long time. That's my grandfather's name. Also haven't heard Othniel or Kirsten in a while.
madameashley:Other than that name, I also never hear the name Mamie anymore. It's my grandmother's name, and of course back then it was a fairly common name but I've always thought it was beautiful. I plan to name my future daughter Mamie.

Haha I don't like Herbert for a baby either! I don't really know why my grandfather went by Herbert because his first name was William which I like a lot better. His brother and sisters went by their middle names too but I don't know why.
I knew one Herbert. He was a classmate of mine.
I know two women named Antoinette. One was my boss, the other was my brother's friend.
