AngelCare Monitor Issues...

Any AngelCare Monitor Mommy's out there? We love ours but Grace is SUCH a squirmer when she sleeps, fully swaddled, and has gone down to the end of the crib the last 2 nights, making the alarm go off at 2am! Way to scare the pants off of Mama!! Just curious if it's happened to anyone else and if anyone has any ideas!  The sensitivity is on 3 out of 5.  Not sure if turning it higher will help this issue, or just make it alarm quicker!  Any advice is appreciated!

Our son does the same thing! I can't believe how far he can move in a full swaddle! We had to move the sensitivity from 2 to 3.5 so it sensed him all over the mattress. So maybe try up a tiny bit more and see if that helps. It won't alarm sooner. It will pick up other vibrations the higher it goes... We have old creaky wood floors and walking on those right near the crib makes the monitor sense movement even when baby's not in the crib. But we don't worry about that since there's not much external stuff that could cause vibrations constantly.

We LOVE ours, but so far we have only used it in the bassinet and since we got the big panels, they pretty much take up the whole space.  I was told to spread out the sensors a bit more in a crib.  We'll see how it goes once we transition.

We have had the same issue and turning up the sensitivity fixed it BUT make sure you test it often.  A few times now after picking her up for feeding and forgetting to turn it off 5 minutes later it is still going like she is in the crib.  Sometimes just the cord touching something else will do it.  So I test it every night before I go to bed.

Our dd doesn't move at all and it goes off. Did with our first dd too.  I'd rather get up and make sure shes okay then it not go off at all.
