i don't get it

I don't get why everyone is so mean to that girl who could feel conception.  Some people are just more in tune with their bodies. I knew I was having a boy because I could feel his little pee pee poking me in my belly.  I know my body inside and out.  I wish everyone could just be nice and support each other in our pregnancies.

How else do you tell someone that it is not physically possible to feel that?  It just isn't no matter how "in tune" you are with your body.

Well a baby doesn't have girl/boy parts until 12 weeks...so kudos to you for picking up on something that an ultrasound cannot.
