Epsom Salt & Baths

Just was wondering if it's safe to add some Epsom salt to my baths. I used to use epsom salt and now that I'm 4 months pregnant, I am starting to get some slight back pain every once in awhile. I'd love to add the salt to my bath time...any thoughts?
