Uterine Lining, would love some insight!

I am new here, this is my first post.  I am in the process of IVF with PGD.  Have 7 blastocysts (frozen) and ready for transfer.  Unfortunately I can't get my lining to thicken.  I am on month 3 with multiple drugs and some accupunture.  Has anyone ever run into this struggle?

Do you know exactly how thick it currently is?  I'm sure you already know this, but you want a minimum of 7mm, preferably 8mm or more.

What type of acupuncture?  There is a specific electro-acupuncture blood flow treatment that I was on before ER, and my lining got thick enough that they almost cancelled.  Otherwise, I don't know.  Good luck!
TTC #1 7/10, Me (31)- Dx DOR (AMH 0.6); DH (30)- normal
BFP on Cycle #8. Natural M/C at ~8 weeks
IUI #1 and #2 (8/12, 9/12)- 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel = BFNs
IVF #1 (EPP) 13R/10M/9F, 5DT 1-4AA blast, beta #1-148, beta #2-322, 5 frosties!
3/18/13 - It's a Girl!
4/18/13 - A/S- baby looks perfect, but partial placenta previa

I haven't run into that problem since I got off Clomid, but for this IVF, they added 4,500mg of L-Arginine supplements to my pre-ER meds. They said it helps get blood to your lining.  If you're not already using it, it might be something to try.

In the old wive's tale category there's: red wine, baby aspirin, and pomegranate juice. Might want to check with your RE before doing the aspririn but the others are pretty low risk I would think!

I'm having the same issues.  Lupron over suppressed me, so if that is what you are currently doing for FET, the next step is probably a different protocol.  Counting the current cycle, I've done 2 rounds of mini-stim FET and got slightly better results last cycle.  This cycle I took red raspberry leaf, baby aspirin, cut out all processed sugar and white carbs and continued with my usual acupuncture.  My lining got to around an 8.   There are some other things such as vaginal viagra and scratch biopsies that have some supporting research, but I'd try a different protocol first.

I did electro accupunture and had no problems with it.  I only stopped because the receptionist was mean and made me cry.  I mostly just do whatever the dr. tells me.  I just wanted to wish you the best of luck!

Beta 3 1-4-13 - 53
Beta 4 1/9 - 212!
Ultrasound 1/10 - Nothing completely empty uterus Beta 1/14 - 743; Beta 1/17 - 1704 ultrasound shows nothing. Officially a miscarriage. 1/21 Beta 3900 Dr. says it ectopic. Ultrasound shows a miracle heartbeat right in the uterus where it belongs! Dr. says I can be cautiously optomistic!!! Hang in there baby!

Thank you for such kind words and encouragement.  I have tried the viagra with estrogen patches and shots and only got to 7, the 2nd month I tried the acupuncture with one treatment of electro, I was also on a estrogen oil injection.  Only got to a 6.5

Hopefully 3x is a charm...I am now trying raspberry tea, POM juice, and 8 pills of Astra Essence a day...fingers crossed :)
