TTC again after a loss

Hello everyone, I had a bfp right after thanksgiving after being on this board for 3 months. I didn't post a bfp because I felt I had not been around long enough, but unfortunately I just miscarried at 6 weeks. I hope to get answers soon about if I am healthy to jump right back in to TTC, but for now I will at least be charting temps and cm. so I hope to be back on the waiting to o and 2ww threads. You guys were great support before and I appreciate all your past help. I hope to be more involved this time around and should have a little more time available. Good luck to everyone!

I am so sorry. Welcome back.
Me: 30, DH: 34. TTC since 2/2012 DH's SA 12/17/12 - Normal FSH, Estrogen, Progestrone,Prolactin, TSH,glucose, lipids Normal 1st TTC OBGYN appt 1/4/13 - not helpful 1st RE appt 2/15/13- Antral Follicle count 90th % for age. Ruled out sperm issue and ovulation/egg issue. Investigating anatomical causes of infertility. HSG 2/19/13 = tubes clear possible polyp, Saline sonogram 3/14/13 polyp confirmed. Started birth control to wait for hysteroscopy. Polyp removed 3/29/13. RE thinks polyp was the "culprit." Plan continue trying on our own for 2-3 cycles. http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/3bf60b

TTC #1 - Stopped using BC March 2011, officially TTC since August 2011
Dx: PCOS & mild hypothyroidism (me) & MFI
2 cycles Femara + trigger = BFN/no response. 2 cycles Clomid + trigger = BFN
IUI # 1 = BFN
Repeat SA - low motility & morphology w/ 99% bound by antisperm antibodies
Recommendation: IVF w/ICSI
