We have a couple. I prefer the ones with crochet flowers rather than the plastic ones because I think they look a little cheap (I'm probably being too picky). The headband itself is nice because it isn't tight or scratchy on the baby's head. The ones I'm talking about are more like this and I've gotten them from a store in our mall for like $3 or $4.
