-Edited- Second guessing girl name- opinions!

We chose Cora Lynn, and I really want her to go by Cora Lynn and Cora for short (not sure I like Coralynn). And the only reason we chose Lynn as the mn is bc it flows good with Cora, but wouldnt use Lynn with any other first name. But now I'm starting to love Coralei Jane (pronounced like Loralei but with a C). Jane is my great grandmothers name and I love it as a middle name. She can go by Cora as a nn. Thoughts?

If we spell it Coralie instead, would you pronounce it Cora-lie and not Cora-lee?

Coralei looks like a terrible made up name.  Stick with Cora. Simply drop the Lynn and add Jane as a mn if you're not feeling Lynn anymore.  Cora Jane is awesome.  Or do Coral Jane.

coralei is a bit of a stretch for me. i think cora lynn sounds just fine. i also think cora jane sounds good.

No to Coralei. 

If you're not feeling Cora Lynn, then change the MN to Jane.

What about Coral?  You can still use Cora as a NN.  Coral Jane is lovely IMO.

I actually think Coralei sounds beautiful, but is probably too unique.  If you do go with it, of course Cora could be her NN.

I agree that Cora Jane is lovely.

I have a cousin named Cora Leigh.  Leigh is her middle name and she goes by Cora, but nearly everyone in my family calls her Cora Leigh as if it was one name.  I have always thought it was beautiful! 
BabyFruit Ticker DX = Endometriosis and two blocked tubes. Surgery in February 2012 cleared one tube. BFP Cycle #13. Betas: 10 DPO = 7, 16 DPO = 367, 22 DPO = 4700. Heartbeat 124 bpm at 6w1d u/s. NT scan 07/19 showed a perfectly developing baby. A/S 09/12 - it's a GIRL!!!

Not a fan of Coralei.  It looks made up and she will forever be correcting the spelling and pronounciation.

I LOVE Cora Jane.  I love both names separately and together.  Cora Jane is much better than Cora Lynn IMO and you have the added bonus of honoring your great grandmother.

I really like Coralei......I would go with it.....you need to do what you want and what you feel is best, and not what internet strangers tell you.  I think it is unique and pretty!

Coralie looks made up, NMS. I love the name Cora, and I like Jane for the MN because 1) it has family significance, and 2) it's much nicer then Lynn!

Just bc the name is on babycenter, does not mean its real. Its not in behindthename.com, which is a legit site. Coralei is made up.

I prefer Cora Jane.

I like Cora Jane. I also like Coralei. Not sure it is legit, Coralie is but I prefer the spelling Coralei. I wouldn't put all my faith in whether a name is legit or not based on Behind the Name. It lists Nevaeh as a legit name!

I would pronounce Coralie as Cora-lee not Cora-lie.

Say it out loud for a week or so and see how you feel about it.  I personally have a very basic name but there is a more popular spelling of it and to this day it annoys me to have to constantly spell/correct it for people.  On top of that I now have to spell my married name as well.  Ok - rant, over.

I would pronounce Coralei as Cora-l-eye, and Coralie and Cora-lee.

I like pp's suggestion of Coral, or what about Coraline?

I was going to suggest Coraline too- LOVE that name but Dh preferred Cora. Coraline Jane or Cora Jane are both lovely :)
