Hope you feel better soon! Just my 2cents, when my stomach gets empty is when I feel the worst. I know food seems terrible right now (and totally unappealing) but it will almost definitely make things better with your stomach, and definitely with your energy. Items high in protein (which truly seem the least appealing of all- to me at least) seem to help me the most. Maybe try a handful of nuts, a protein bar, some greek yogurt, or at least some crackers.
