Finally got some symptoms...Rant and Rave!

Just a rant and rave.....I'm 8 weeks, 4 days today and for the past 3 days, I've been feeling sick.  Today is the absolute worst!  I didn't get out of bed until 7:50.  I am supposed to leave my house for work at 7:30.  I couldn't eat breakfast.  Even the thought of food is horrendous.  I am so tired, I feel like a zombie.  I also feel like if anyone talks to me, I may not have the energy to talk back, but I will slowly push them away. haha Not feeling like a people person today!

I love you little baby, but come on!  This is for the birds!

Hope you feel better soon!  Just my 2cents, when my stomach gets empty is when I feel the worst.  I know food seems terrible right now (and totally unappealing) but it will almost definitely make things better with your stomach, and definitely with your energy.  Items high in protein (which truly seem the least appealing of all- to me at least) seem to help me the most.  Maybe try a handful of nuts, a protein bar, some greek yogurt, or at least some crackers.  Good luck!

I think you're right about when my stomach is empty.  In the morning when I'm hungry, it is the absolute worst.  I goes from serious hunger pains to serious nausea.  I think the idea of munching a few nuts.  I can't even think about eating meat.  Maybe I should get some string cheese or something.  Cereal does sound extremely good, too.

I have been so blessed to only have a little queeziness, but when I do almonds and Ginger Ale seem to do the trick. Also, when nothing seems appetizing, cheese toast or cheese and crackers seem to keep the sickness at bay.

try some peanut butter on a spoon.  that way, it doesn't seem like your "eating" a meal or something un appetizing, but its great protein and convenient to snack on while your getting ready in the morning, and makes a great snack with apple slices when nothing sounds good.
