I came off BC the end of September, could it still be from that? I am not BFing, and yes this is my first month charting.
I don't know much about BC affecting cycles, so hopefully another lady on here can help you out a bit more, but I would venture to guess that the BC may be the cause. From what I hear, it can take a few cycles for your hormones to readjust. Since it is your first month, see how it goes over the next few cycles. It'll either calm down or you'll get to know that it's your normal. I hope that someone else can give you a better answer! GL!
