saturdaynightdoubletree:For me, strep spreads fast and goes from no big deal to high fevers etc. so I usually go in asap and don't take any chances. Everyone is different, but my guess is if you've been sick for a few weeks you probably need some antibiotics to help kick start getting better, so it might make sense to try to see someone over the weekend. Hope you are feeling better soon!
This. The last time I got strep, I went from fine in the morning, to sick as a dog by evening. I've noticed the older I get, the harder it hits me. If you can see someone today, I would.
