XP from local board Christmas gift for infant room?

I am getting gift cards for all the staff in the infant room at DS's daycare. Should I get a gift card for the director of the daycare center?

I'm not... I did however opt out of a recent fundraiser and just give a check instead. Maybe a card and a note?
