@OP: That is amazingly awesome! With my IF issues and everything else, I was too excited after 3yrs of struggle to keep anything hidden (not to mention I think my friends and family would kill me for it). That's such a wonderful idea and an extra special Christmas gift for those receiving the news!
@Heather: If it helps boost your hopes a bit, I'm having a son and albeit m/s is supposed to be worse with your first... I was sick as a DOG. I'm currently carrying my son a bit high as well. Thus, I'd say not all old-wives tales are what they are cracked up to be. The only one that was accurate was my horrid aversion to sugar along with protein and salty food cravings. Good luck!
