I want to get started back up on my running routine after my 6 week check up and I am going to need a heavy duty sports bra. I was a DD before baby and have no clue what I am now other than HUGE. Any recs?
Also, is it bad for my breastfeeding to wear a tight sports bra? I have heard of women using them to dry up their supply and I don't want to do that.
And when will it stop hurting? I did a little jog to catch up with DH the other day and OMG my breasts HURT. Thanks ladies!
Look at Moving Comfort and Enell. They come in band/cup sizes, so they will tend to fit a lot better than many other sport bras.
Also, I had no trouble with a sport bra or running and my supply

I love my Lululemon "Tame the Tatas." They are amazing and my boobs barely move when I run. I wore them before pregnancy and after.
I don't know how a tight sports bra affects your supply.

The other great thing about Moving Comfort is that they work REALLY well for breastfeeding. The straps velcro, making it very easy to unvelcro and feed the baby after a run/race.
