I do not run, but with the cardio I do do, I need something to get me going.  Lately, I've been relying on Slipknot and yep...that does it!  I obviously switch it up, but if I really need helping in getting moving that is my go to.

I'm kind of old school. I love to run to van halen, GNR, etc.  I've also really liked fun. recently. I don't listen to music outside, though. Only on the treadmill. I love getting lost in my thoughts while running outside.
