I have an appointment for tomorrow to get the Mirena inserted. I had it before trying to get pregnant for almost 5 years and didn't have any issues. Didn't even have a period the whole time!
I decided to google research this time to see if it hurts less to get it put in after having a baby, but I ended up reading all these boards about women's milk supply dropping off after getting it inserted. This worries me!
I haven't had any supply issues thus far. I did take Motherlove More Milk Plus capsules when I started back to work, because I was concerned about supply dropping off then. I didn't have a problem and it just caused a massive (painful) oversupply.
So I guess my questions are:
Do any of you have the Mirena, and if so, (if you are BF) did you encounter any supply issues?
