I've heard significantly worse. I quite like Sebastian and Emerson, they'd most likely make my top 50 list at least. Caledon isn't a name I'd choose myself, but it isn't bad. It's a real name with a real meaning and history and a decent sound, and has Cal as a nice nickname. Waverly isn't my style, but I could see why someone would like it.
All in all I actually quite like the names this person chose, it sounds to me like she did research, reflected on what she liked, and chose names that are unique but not too crazy.
