First Sign of the Baby Bump??

Has anyone started to show yet? I hear that around week 10 you start to notice a small bump. I am just over 8 weeks but there is no sign my stomach is growing. Hoping that is normal! It is my first pregnancy.

Your uterus doesn't rise above your pubic bone until after 12 weeks.  So you might see a shift in intestines and fat before then but you generally won't have a true bump until much, much later.  FTMS often don't show until 16, 18, even 20 weeks.

It is still very early.  You may experience bloating and/or weight gain, but your true baby bump is still weeks away.  With DD, I remember being 14 weeks when I could feel my hard uterus under my belly button.  At 20 weeks I had a visible bump, but it was easily masked by clothes.  Between 23-25 weeks I really grew.

My stomache's been sticking out for a little bit now, but I highly doubt that it's a bump even though it's pretty hard. I just look a bit chubs. I would define a bump as something that's noticeable, not just looking like I had a few more portions at dinner.

This is reassuring. My sister is also pregnant with her first, just two weeks ahead of me, and said she had noticed a small change in her belly. Maybe just bloating!

I'm pretty tiny in the waist and I swear I can see a little bump because I'm used to my stomach being flat. My husband swears I look exactly the same. I am 10 weeks.

I thought I was esp since all of my pants got just a little snug, but I realized quickly that it was just bloat. No sign of a bump yet

Yesterday am I was laying in bed thinking about how I needed to get up and go pee.  I rubbed my hands over my belly and felt a firm orange sized ball!  I even had my husband confirm that it was really there.  Of course, it was gone after I emptied my bladder, but was still so excited to feel the beginnings of my baby bump!

It does seem a bit early to me.  But at my last ultrasound, I was measuring a week ahead.  Anyway, we haven't told anyone that I'm pregnant yet, so you all are the only ones I can tell!

Grow baby grow!  :)
