productive weekend!

I actually had a productive weekend.  Friday night, went shopping and got almost all of the presents purchased.  Just 2-3 left to get.  Saturday, we went car shopping and were successful!  I'm now one of THOSE moms with a minivan.  We were in the market for a new vehicle and a minivan just makes sense.  We're planning on another kid and we have a very hyper lab, so a van made more sense than an SUV.  We got a pretty good deal on this one.  And just found out that MIL will likely be riding with us this weekend for Christmas, so its a relief to not have to be worried about space.  A little nervous since I had my last car for 7 years and I have a tough time parting with large sums of $$ - but hopefully all will be ok with this car.   And finally, got most of the presents wrapped yesterday.

I had a productive weekend too, it felt good to get some stuff marked off my to do list.  Congrats on  your new ride!  I got two new tires this weekend, not nearly as exciting as a new car! :)
